Never Going Back

when I didn't have a netbook it was hard because you had to write with a pencil and no one got to see your work instead of the teacher. It was like you were practising and practising every day and then it was nothing.

Now that we have a netbook, its easier because we have our own blog to put our own stuff on. But when we didn’t have a netbook we had to share a blog and then you had to wait to go on the computer.

A net book is good cause it helps us learn all the time, and we can go on maths whizz. when we take it home we can do our blog posts and play games.

But its hard that we get sour fingers and out Internet all ways gos off. if there is a crack on our screen it has to be sent some were to get fixed and it takes a long time to come back on the boat.

I like haing a net book and I don't want it to go away.

The long hike

Camp was finally here, it was a long ferry trip to camp Bentzon and as soon as we got there we had to go for a two hour hike.First I was walking with my friend and then we stoped and had lunch by the water.

Then the teachers had a challenge to get the yellow buey (The little yellow ball in the sea that the boats moor on to).But in the end Mr Barks won and Mr Sommerville was still trying to hit it.

In one more week we are Going to camp Bentzon on Kawau Island and we get to stay in cabins not tents.Its going to cool because we are going to be in rooms with our friends.

Camp Bentzon is on Kawau Island and you have to catch the bus to sans-pet. then catch the fairy to Kawau and then up to camp Bentzon.

I'm looking forward to abseiling because it looks cool and its high off the ground. but only need to jump down.

The confidence course is going to be challenging because I've never been on one before. it looks hard because

I cant wait in till camp it is going to be cool.

Ice Cream Comets

Did you know you can eat a comet? (not the real one) Me and my class made one out of ice cream. When I saw the cones on the teachers table and she said we were going to make comets I thought out of what. then she said out of ice cream, yum.

When room 16 came in and we all got in a circle we had to crush some biscuits to make rocks. Comets are made out of ice,dust and rock were using ice cream for the ice crushed cookies for the rocks and hundreds and thousands for the dust.

some of us got a tern to crush the biscuits when my friend done it, it looked like he just had a bag of dust. Then we got a scoop of ice cream in my hand to mix with the crushed biscuits. The ice cream it nearly made my fingers
freeze off but when I put it on my cone it was all right.

“Yum!” I said to my self while ice cream was dripping down my hand. Mr SommerVille made a mess with all the ice cream and biscuits,Then some plates started coming out with chocolate ice cream on them.

I like ice cream and it will be cool if we get to do it again and it will be nice.
