Martin Luther King

Walking united to the Lincoln Memorial we were peacefully singing. cheerfully and proudly waiting for Martin Luther King to announce what was going on, Martin words where “ I have a dream”  he wanted his people to be treated equally and his people not having to give up a seat for white people. That black people can go to the same school as white people and the black have the same funds as the white people.

Harold

For the last two days our class room 19 has been going to Lyn and Harold in the life ED caravan to learn about WOF(warrant of fitness). She said that cars need fuel and oil to keep it running and we need food to keep our body running. then we learnt about when your addicted to fatty foods such as Pies from shop's,Mac Donald,KFC,burger king and Wendy and more.

We learnt about what was true and false like if chocolate was a Vegetable because it was coco beans  and coco beans come from trees but no it is false. Then we were talking about the food pyramid and that new Zealands pyramid is turning to go the other way.

After we were finished we watched a movie about a bird and a pig and they were talking about healthy food and we should keep our body healthy. Then when that finished he were able to see Harold for a little while before we left the caravan then it was time to say good bye.

The Three Evil Pigs

Once upon a time there were three evil little pigs and a big good wolf. The three pigs owned houses. A straw house (the littlest pig’s) a hay house (medium pig’s) and a brick house (largest pig’s house).

One day the smallest pig tried to set the wolf up by telling him to come in and to blow down his hay house. The pig said it was to old and it needed to come down. But really the pig planned to set him up so that he would get the insurance. In one big blow to  the hay house it was flattened to pieces.  

Next the little pig took him to his brother’s house made out of sticks.The little pig secretly told his older brother all about his plans to get insurance. Then the pigs told him to blow the stick house down to because it was old and broken. So the wolf huffed and puffed and blew his house down.  

When he was done blowing down his house the brothers took the wolf to their oldest pigs brick house.When they got there they told the oldest pig their plan to get insurance. All the brothers told the wolf to go and blow it down so the wolf huffed and puffed and blew and blew and blew but the house didn't fall down.

The pigs got so angry that they decided to invite the wolf inside the brick house, murder him and burn down the house. Their plan was to say it was the wolf that did it and that they only killed him because he tried to kill them.

So they did it and that was the end of that.

Narrative cooking compertition

It was the finals of the cooking challenge and each team were head to head with there cooking. My
team was making sushi, In our sushi there was going to be tuna, avocado and salmon. I was on my
own, All on my own I had to try and and make my dish in under 10 minutes or I would lose the challenge.
When we were finished making the dish we had to take it to the judges to see if it was good. When I gave the dish to them it looked like they loved because of all the smiles on there faces and they were eating more and more. When they finished they all gave me a mark of 10 and I won.

New Kopu hou

this term in our class we have been learning about two new words each. My words were vitamin D and vitamin B6, we had to research about our words and find out as much as we can. And when we found all of the stuff out we had to put it in a presentation.
