It was a very dark night it was halloween the night were all the ghosts would come out and scare people. This boy named tim walking the streets wanting to scare his friends Richard and Clevelyn, he was going to take them to a haunted house just around the corner from his house. So he told them to meet at the house, when they all got to the haunted house they busted the door down and went in and saw blood everywhere even on the roof.

Then suddenly they heard a whisper they heard “Leave now” over and over again but the didn’t know where it was coming from.  They quickly walked to the busted down door but when they got there the door was back up on the hinges and sealed shut so they couldn't get out then they heard another whisper “Run run there coming for you” over and over again then a man covered with blood came running after them. So they ran as fast as they could to any room in the house but the whispers were getting louder and louder and the footsteps were getting louder and louder thats when they found something.

They found a Window that was open and was able to fit everyone threw it to get out before the guy would catch them. So they jumped threw but one of them got stuck it was Richard so they pulled and pulled so he would come out and it worked after they got him out they rang the police to torch the house and everything in it but it was a long time till they would go there again

first day at school

Its my first day at school I was feeling excited but scared at the same time. As I walked into my new class I was feeling nervous of what the kids would think of me so I grabbed hold of my mum and hid behind her. When I looked outside I saw the grass greener than the green trees and the trees taller the the sky tower. So I looked around to see what i could find out about my new school.

When I went back inside to my class I met my teacher miss Green and all my classmates, when my mum left it was time for morning tea. During morning tea I went to find someone to play with on the playground but I couldn't find anyone to play with me but then i found someone so my first day at school was awesome.

My Holidays

In the holidays I went to the tunnels by devin port that the navy built these tunnels were made when New Zealand was at war. When we were driving to the tunnels I could imagin all the guns that would be there and all the tunnels that they dug. When we got there we drove to the entrance of the tunnels got out and we started to explore the tunnels and the caves.


When we got in side it was like every corner we turned it would get darker and darker and scearyer and scearyer. But the we gun it was no ordinary gun it was a big cannon used to blow up ships that would come in to our harbour then we saw five smaller ones surrounding it but they were the same they were cannons. When we went back inside the tunnels it was even darker for some reasoned you could see all the holes they made in the walls for there guns.

When we were about to leave the tunnels I saw steps leading to some were so i followed it at the end of the steps there was four of the same rooms. But in one there looked like there was train tracks there for the men to put the guns on and push it to there destination. Then we left the tunnels and as we were leaving I could see the cannons lined up and the biggest one in the middle it was awesome.

Our Groups negatives and positives

Last week we had our creative strand  our movie was based on love and we chose to get little kids and say what they love about school.

The most negative thing about my groups movie was That we had no camera angels and it was short and we didn't use our time properly. It was short because we couldn't get to our footage it was locked away.

The most positive thing about my groups movie was that we worked with little kids and we had fun playing with them. We all had a good time and we all had lots of fun.

Martin Luther King

Walking united to the Lincoln Memorial we were peacefully singing. cheerfully and proudly waiting for Martin Luther King to announce what was going on, Martin words where “ I have a dream”  he wanted his people to be treated equally and his people not having to give up a seat for white people. That black people can go to the same school as white people and the black have the same funds as the white people.

Harold

For the last two days our class room 19 has been going to Lyn and Harold in the life ED caravan to learn about WOF(warrant of fitness). She said that cars need fuel and oil to keep it running and we need food to keep our body running. then we learnt about when your addicted to fatty foods such as Pies from shop's,Mac Donald,KFC,burger king and Wendy and more.

We learnt about what was true and false like if chocolate was a Vegetable because it was coco beans  and coco beans come from trees but no it is false. Then we were talking about the food pyramid and that new Zealands pyramid is turning to go the other way.

After we were finished we watched a movie about a bird and a pig and they were talking about healthy food and we should keep our body healthy. Then when that finished he were able to see Harold for a little while before we left the caravan then it was time to say good bye.
